OMG, YouTube skips a second of every video that is uploaded.

We’re not sure why this is the case, but it’s true. Watch any video on YouTube, and the penultimate second will be skipped! For example, if a video is shown to be one minute long it will skip from 0:58 to 1:00 at the end of the video. Try it! 

CLARIFICATION: You must watch the video ON the actual YouTube site for this to work! The embedded video below does NOT skip a second!
